Price of Success
Too often, women interpret criticism from others and minor setbacks at work as signs of failure. Success in business has its price. People may criticize you, and you may have to take full responsibility when things go wrong. I suggest that you can choose to view such criticism and setbacks as the price one pays for success, rather than an indication of failure. Plenty of men and women can take it, and so can you.
Try not to let fear immobilize you, and certainly do not wait until you have no fear. A common misconception about brave people is that they are not afraid. Nothing could be further from the truth. Brave people simply accept their fear, make positive use of the energy it provides, and try not to let it change their course. This is not an indication of failure, but simply the price of success.
