Each of Us: How Every Woman can Earn More Money in Corporate America should be required reading for all women in high school and college.

Patricia Smith tells it like it is as she explains the difference between "regular girls" and "career girls." The book, published by Q1 Communicators Inc., speaks to women about accepted behavior in the work force and behavior that is often the cause for many women to not advance at the same rate as their male counterparts.

According to the author, the lack of advancement is often not an intentional attempt to keep women lower on the corporate ladder but a result of a women's own behavior, which may make her appear less confident and competent than she really is.

This book helps women learn how to earn more for their efforts and how to overcome and recognize some of the common female traits that keep them low on the pay scale.

There is an entire chapter devoted to dressing for the work place. Smith is very direct in this chapter and explains why certain articles of clothing are preferred over others.

"High, spike heels will be sure to convince someone that you want to have sex at the first available opportunity with the nearest available male."

Women who are in the work force can benefit from "Each of Us." They will recognize some of the traits Smith references in themselves and their female workers. From the recognition, they can learn how to change their situation.

Women who will be soon entering the work force can see what is ahead of them and the best way to handle themselves. Smith shows how to approach a business corporation with the confidence needed, or at least how to fake the confidence, to ensure you get a step ahead of others applying for the job. She brings the reader through a series of potential interview questions and tells how to answer them.

One of the things that is especially helpful in the way Smith presents her information is that she explains not just what to do but what is commonly done and why it is the wrong move to make.

Each of Us is full of career advice and career development information to help you get the success you deserve. Buy the book now!
