Stand Tall

Good posture might seem like a basic in business, but it’s amazing how slovenly many of us walk and stand. Whether you’re interviewing or walking around the company where you work, it’s important to always project the right image. Good posture is an inexpensive way to convey confidence, competence, and good health.

Stand tall, hold throw your shoulders back and hold your head high.. You may feel more confident already. If you are tall, all the better, you are more likely to be taken seriously automatically. If you are short, there is no need to call attention to it. Look straight ahead, not at the floor as you walk. You may surprised at who and what you see. As you stand, don’t lean against the closest stationary object for support. Stand on your own.

This simple step can make a difference in how you are perceived. Other’s perception of you determine their expectations and opinions of you. You will be seen as strong, healthy, and confident. When we meet confident people, we assume there is a reason for their confidence. We assume a lot of things we don’t even realize. Don’t neglect this simple rule. It can improve you life and increase your income.
